UIMP Scholarships in Santander

Places on a one or two-week immersion programme at the prestigious UIMP, Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo, in Santander, Spain are offered to teachers of Spanish in New Zealand.

Programme content

  • Academic content: 30 hours (one week); 60 hours (two weeks)
    New methods in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language and teaching Spanish to children: learning at an early stage (one week)
    - Spanish Language and Culture classes and the use of technology in the Spanish classroom (two weeks)
  • Extra-curricular activities

Teachers will receive a certificate of completion following the course.
