Robin Hartley from St Heliers School has progressed on our Professional Learning and Development Pathway. He successfully completed TPDL (Specialisation) and as a response, his school encouraged two more teachers to start TPDL the following year. He is currently supported by a Mandarin Language Assistant (Consolidation) and last week participated in the Festival of Education panel “Two or more is better than one language”. At the Sustainability stage of the ILEP pathway he now addresses the wider community and sparks interest in language teachers to further their development.
